Have very slow internet download & upload. Have followed all steps on Virgin website (rebooting, downloading Virgin connect app etc.).
Couldn’t find answer in community forum or elsewhere on Virgin website, so had to call callcentre as cannot work with current connection speed. Virgin automatic voice assistant ran a diagnostic over the phone & it said there was an issue & I needed to speak to a member of your team. However, got a message saying call centres closed & was hung up on. Please could someone from Virgin support contact me?
