Very slow internet speeds

I have 350 mb package but am receiving only about 1/6 of the purchase speeds!! I used to get really good speeds until about 3 weeks ago

Also, I have a red light(which used to be white) - is this because the hub is in router mode or overheating. I have changed the placement of the hub just in case.

I have tried the call center, but this is just very frustrating

Wall of red BQM is either because you i.p address has changed (lik when going between modes) and the incorrect one is in the BQM settings - check that first.

Or your Hub(router) is set to not respond to pings = you need to tick the box to enable it - look in ..

Advanced Settings > Advanced > Ping > Respond to ICMP echo requests sent to WAN IP

Hi John

Thank you very much for the prompt reply. I’ve changed the hub backed to router mode. So this should allow the broadband checker to work.

Interestingly the red light has now turned back to “white”, so the red light must be when the hub is in modem mode.

I’ll post the link to the broadband quality checker in a few days
