For the last two weeks my download speed drops from 100 to sub 10 mb/s every evening between 6pm - 11pm on both ethernet and wifi connections. Is anyone else experiencing similar issue? Service status says there are no issues in my area.

Slow speeds only at peak times (pre lock down this was typically 4pm-11pm weekdays and weekends, post lock down it can be all day during the week) but full speed at off peak times is normally a symptom of high utilisation/contention in your area.
Somebody from the VM forum team should be along in a few days to check your connection and can confirm if there is a known issue with your segment of the network.
Having said that, the upstream power levels are at the top of the recommended range which is not ideal and might need a tech visit to adjust them.
My setup: V6 TV box, M350 Fibre broadband with Hub 3 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the lower than expected speeds. I've had a check on our systems and can see there is a congestion issue affecting the service. Fault reference F008057679 for your records.
