Very slow connection, drop outs and intermittent connection

We had similar issues before and we were sent the new hub a few months ago- it’s been brilliant since then... until about 3 weeks ago when we started to get disconnections again, slow speeds but now it has got to the point where it is almost unusable.
We pay £45 a month for the 200 broadband, we’ve got several devices, we like online gaming etc. I am currently working from home but the last week I can barely do that. I can’t stay connected to Skype or teams, my connection to my work servers keeps dropping out. This is the last few speed tests. Since having the new hub the speeds have been great- around 200. Today I can barely get 100 and look at the packet loss and ping!
