Very slow broadband

Hi I’m getting very slow speeds I had and engineer out and he said everything was fine but when he left my speed has gotten slower I use to get 108mb but it as low as 5 mb

What speed do you get when testing a wired device (The above appear to be wireless tests)?

Same sort of speeds , I’ve upgraded to 200mb and not any better don’t know what to do

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).
