Since the last couple of days my broadband downloadsdownload is never more than 2Mbps on wired connection. Tech support tells me it's due to people working from home. But the broadband had been working fine for the last 3 months of the lockdown.
A replacement hub, pinhole reset and multiple restarts haven't solved the issue. I am on a 100mbps connection. But aside from the suggestion of upgrading to a higher speed, I have been left to figure it out on my own.
Any suggestions short of switching to another provider?

I am sorry to hear that you have been having some issues with your broadband speeds. I have checked the back end of your service and can see that there was recently an outage in your area that was actually reported as fixed as of yesterday.
How have your services been since yesterday? Let me know if you're still having issues.
