I am on the top broadband package, I am getting speeds of 2MB. This is not my wifi, I am connected directly to the router with a cable. There is another desktop in the house with the same problem, also wired in to the router. Please don't tell me to turn the router off and on again, or to check the connections!
The Virgin automated tests say nothing is wrong, it clearly is.
Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hubs admin pages
