Hi - I’ve got really slow broadband at the moment - supposed to have M350 fibre. Getting download speeds of around 100kb/sec. Have already rebooted the hub and done 50 second reset button thing. There’s a constant red light on the hub 3, which apparently means the hub is overheating but it’s not overheating. The room scan on the virgin media connect app tells me the WiFi coverage is great, but it isn’t based on the download speeds I’m getting.
