Hello good evening, for the past few days my internet has been extremely slow Averaging around 40mgps meant to be getting 150. Ive done a speed test both with WiFi (on my phone) and cable (pc).
I have tried to restart my router several times and done the factory reset but still no join. Have also ran a test on the kit though the app but that says there’s no issues. Please can someone help. Thank you

How have things been over the last few days - have you seen any improvement?
If not, have you checked the Service Status Page to see if there are any known local issues that may be having an impact? We do also have a service phone line on 0800 561 0061 which may provide further info.
