Very poor speeds

Hi,

I am in the B63 area and my internet speeds are awful 0.5mb down 0.2mb up. My network was great running a superhub3 in modem mode connected to an orbi mesh network i would always get 300+ speeds anytime of the day. I had a phone call from virgin and they upgraded me to a superhub 4 and ever since my internet is really poor and today i was unable to work from home and lost a days holiday because my speed was really poor and I couldn't work.

Can someone from virgin please either fix the homehub or 4 or send me a 3 back out and reset everything to when it was working.

these are my stats from the router

Re: Very poor speeds

Thank you for the post Pau1200.

We're unable to revert from a Hub4 back to a Hub3, but would you be able to put the Hub in router mode and let us know if you still experience any issues?

Thank you, Emily.
