Very poor speeds and router rebooting many times daily

Hi, we have been experiencing very poor speeds (sub 4M/Bit on 'M100' connection) and the router is rebooting itself at least 6 times a day. This has been ongoing for approx 10 days. I have run the diagnostic checks, tried 4 different PC's + laptops (wired and WiFi) and checked all cabling. Please see logs below -

Your SNR  is terrible, try tightening up all your fittings and remove attenuator if you have one attached to your hub
