For the past week my upload speeds have been terrible - about 0.2 mbps at best. I have tried restarting and resetting the router, and have checked the status of broadband in my area which reports no problems. I would be very grateful for any help. My download speeds seem reasonable at 50-60 mbps.
I did another hard reset of the router and the upstream status is now as below.
Is there anything I can do from my end or is it a case of waiting for VM to sort out the line? I'm a bit perplexed as to why it says there are no issues with broadband in my area when I check, if the line is to blame...
You shouldn't be getting those T3's. Call it in so VM can check your connection.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
