Very low broadband speed in Woking, surrey

  • I have been experiencing very slow or non existent internet connection for about a month now. I have been unable to reach vm customer support over the phone and it’s frustrating as it keeps directing me to some automated answers. I live in Woking and the network is terrible for about a month now. I am on the M100 package. What is the fastest way to get to vm customer support over the phone ?

From checking there is currently an area SNR (signal noise ratio) outage affecting your area. This is logged under reference F010479327 with an estimated fix date of the 13th March 2023 at 11.15am. We understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for but trust it helps explain the issue.
