Very Slow speeds and intermittent failure for months

I have phoned Virgin about the slow speeds.Even after reset and supposed speed boost,it is next to useless.I have emailed them to no avail. Over the past 3 years have had 2 new hubs. I use Ethernet. Changed all cables, did not make any difference. Changed computer ,no improvement.

There must be a power deficiency at the external distribution box.

Wife with Asthma, at increased risk from  COVID 19,works for NHS and forced to go into Nurse facing environment because she cannot work at home due to very slow broadband.

How slow is slow?

Are you cabling direct to the hub or via a switch or powerline plug?

Post the Network, Upstream and Downstream logs from the hub admin pages

Cabling is direct to the hub
