Im currently getting lower than expected (to put it politely) upload speeds for my M500 package.
While download is also below what it should be, its fast enough at the moment 389Mbps the upload is only 3.38 Mbps
As im working from home this is affecting my ability to login and work on files from our office network.
I have tried a router reset, im working in modem mode but use an Asus AC86U router that im connected to through ethernet.
Ive created a quality monitor, but seems to be showing full packet loss
Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated

What speeds do you get at >> SamKnows << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better ethernet cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
im on the M500 package which when I first started beginning of December, figures were 500Mbps+ and upload 30-40Mbps
A couple of things ...
Can you try a different ethernet cable to test with, preferably a Cat 6, they are known to go bad.
You are actually on the 600Mbs package !!
Ha, well they did mention there would be an upgrade to 600Mbps sometime this year!
