Very Slow Upload Speeds

Hello

For the last few days i've been getting less than 2mbps Upload (download is fine at over 200mbps).

I've tested with ethernet and the issue remains.  I have also tried resetting the router.

Absolutely shocking customer service from Virgin.  The worst i've ever encountered.

Upload speed remains hopeless on M350 during the day for the purposes of video calls (improves in the evening)

The support line hangs up when you call.  Help on the website consists of endless suggestions to reboot of the router and other useless advice.  Main suggestion is to use these message boards to get users to help solve the problem.  No response in over a week from any Forum helpers 

No surprise to see Virgin under performing it's main competitors according to OFCOM data

Can you please upload your router stats

Type 192.168.0.1 or (192.168.100.1 if you have your Hub in Modem mode) into your address bar at the top of your browser

For Hubs 2 & 3 - DO NOT LOG IN, just click “Check Router Status”

For Hub 4 - When the page appears LOG IN then click on:

Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.

Please copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs, if you get a yellow warning just click the Post button again. You can use more than one post for each item if needed.

If you get a warning when you hit “Post” just hit “Post” again and it should work ok!

Please do not use screenshots

Also can you please set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com.

Post a 'Live Link' to your BQM on here asap.

Under your graph you just created Click (Share Live Graph) then click generate.

Copy the text in the Direct Link box and paste it on here

One of your uploads streams should be 64 QAM instead of 32 QAM but everything else seems fine. We will let your BQM run for a while typically overnight and see if it shows anything.

Upload speeds as slow as ever on M350 today.  I'll have to find a couple of hours to try the customer services at some point
