Very Slow Upload Speed for a week now & Service Cuts Out Often

Hello there,

I am on the M200 package but for the past week my internet upload speed has been noticeably slower and the service cuts out nearly every day. I have tried rebooting my modem, my router, checked connections and tried the online connection tool but nothing has improved. The upload speed should be around 12mb but it is only around 2mb. Any advice?

Sorry for the delay in replying 

We are still having an issue in the area under reference number F007375925  

This is due to be fixed on or around the 16/09/19

This is the latest faults Statement 

"You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Virgin TV or TiVo® services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then."

Hi there - the service has managed to get worse as nothing is working now at all - green light flashes constantly even after multiple restarts. Any updates? This is getting ridiculous now.
