Very Slow Upload Speed M350 Hub 3.0

Good afternoon,

Since Friday 3rd July the upload speed on my Broadband is extremely slow to none existent and is now a hinderance to me being able to work. I am usually connected to my companies VPN and WFH (for 3 years) everything works just fine - however as mentioned it's now a problem and I think there is a real issue.

I went onto the recommended speedtest.net to perform these checks:

Pre-HUB turn/off/on

On works VPN
WIFI:
Download: 61.11 mbps
Upload: 0.72 mbps

Wired:
Download: 27.73 mbps
Upload: 0.33 mbps

Off works VPN:
WIFI:
Download: 61.57 mbps
Upload: 0.37 mbps

Wired:
Download: 33.81 mbps
Upload: 0.71 mbps

After turn/off/on at HUB for over 30 seconds.

On works VPN
WIFI:
Download: 37.53 mbps
Upload: 0.62 mbps

Wired:
Download: 63.28 mbps
Upload: 0.66 mbps


Off works VPN:
WIFI:
Download: 68.79 mbps
Upload: 0.30 mbps

Wired:
Download: 46.80 mbps
Upload: 0.55 mbps

As you can see the upload speed is very slow to near unusable for my work.

Could you check the connections are tight on both sides of the cable between the HUB and the wall socket?

I've checked those, they are all tight and appropriately connected.

You are getting a lot of 'Post RS Errors' which normally means there is an issue with the line.

You'll probably need to contact VM on 07533 051 809 (Text), to get an engineer out to investigate further.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you're having. I have taken a look on our side and it does require an engineer to resolve.
