Ive yet another issue regarding broadband speeds. Firstly ive included the Downstream Log from SH3, and a speed report from speedtest.net
While my daughter and wife watch netflix, it will at times stop to catch up. Sometimes even stopping all together. She also uses Disney+ and her Prime, this is through her smart TV with CAT5e connected.. And each does the same. PC/Laptop use is sluggish, where pages will hang for a while. We are on the 200 package, and speeds of 64 - 89Mbps, is not acceptable for what we pay for the package.
Any device that has a LAN port on, is connected via CAT5e to the SH3.
Can a tech please PM with what results ive given and to see what can be done. Two days ago, (Monday 4th May), the SH3 shut off all together, after a while I went to the Status page at VM website, and after the page did the usual test of our system, it decided a tech engineer would call. After agreeing to have the tech call 6th May - 12noon to 16.00, no one turned up.
I have also rebooted the SH3 and checked tightness of F-Plugs , and connectivity of all LAN plugs.
