After being with VM for 14 years VM s Superhub is starting to annoy me. Regularly getting ping drop, just when I try to access something. Regularly get WiFi has no internet access. Regularly get failure when attempting to watch one TiVo on another TiVo.
Rebooting Superhub helps but should I have to reboot every day / week? Have already replaced my Superhub once.
Gigabit connected PC directly connected to Superhub via 2m cat6 excel fly lead is where I regularly get ping drop to 188.8.131.52 (and resulting loss of internet access across the board, and failure of TiVo to TiVo.
I'm the single internet user in the household and there's nothing doing large updates...
Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?
A few times I've tried to connect to the router during an outage, it's timed out. Also ethernet ports connectivity lights go off for a second and then come back on. Power light doesn't change that I've noticed
