VERY SLOW D/L speed for M100

Hi

I'm on an M100 package - apparently - and yet the D/L speed i achieve is no more than 16.7 and the U/L 9.6 [they're both often less].

So I asked regarding the snail pace of my internet connection - 3 hours ago - and am still waiting for an answer (I was promised some help). Perhaps the wait is simply due to the tardy internet speed? On the Virgin Media site it informs me that the slowest speed I should expect on my M100 package is 54 . . . I don't even get half that! Ehhhhh.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your service 
Is this still happening if so, I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone 
Can you please let me know how the visit goes
