So I asked regarding the snail pace of my internet connection - 3 hours ago - and am still waiting for an answer (I was promised some help). Perhaps the wait is simply due to the tardy internet speed? On the Virgin Media site it informs me that the slowest speed I should expect on my M100 package is 54 . . . I don't even get half that! Ehhhhh.
On what device and over a wired or wireless connection?
