V210 slow internet speeds

Is it worth asking for help here? I have written two complaints on the virgin website with no response so not filled with hope. Phoning is a waste of time. 

We are getting a v210 error on our tv in the bedroom. Tv is working fine in the lounge. Checked connections and the seem fine.

What is the TV connecting to in the bedroom.

A VM TV box - if so is it a Tivo a V6 or a 360? Or is the TV connected directly to the Hub - if so is that on ethernet cable or wifi

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
