V.low Upload speed

Hello I was wondering whether anyone could offer some help please.

I am on a  upload speeds have dropped to consistently averaging less than 0.5mbps. My download speed hasn't been as bad, but has fluctuated between 30mbps and 100mbps. This is both on Wi-Fi and ethernet.

We've had some minor issues and fluctuations prior to this, but nothing this severe.

Running a Hub 4 (which we received a couple months ago) with no other routers connected.

I think I've included all the necessary info below, but please let me know if I've missed anything.

Thanks for your help Mike. Those posts are really helpful as well so thanks for sharing. I figured the time pattern on the BQM was too obvious too ignore. It's just weird that this has only happened this week. I'm pretty sure I didn't have this issue before Xmas when everyone was still working, which led me to believe there might be something else at play as well.

In your opinion do you think this is just solely down to over utilisation even though it's only began this week? I'm seeing multiple other posts suddenly popping up with the same issue although admittedly I've only just joined the board.

You have to remember that since Christmas we have gone into another lockdown and Schooling from Home has started.

Yeah fair point. I was thinking London was already locked down pre-Xmas, but then I guess the schools hadn't locked down then.
