Have not just re-booted the hub (No joy) but also restored to default settings but still only getting 79 down and 36 up.

Looking at the account it would appear that the outage has been extended to 21/02 with the estimated fix time of 14:20

 

Very sorry but whilst there is an outage in the local area there's not a great deal our team would be able to do in terms of diagnostics

 

Please keep yourself up to date with the outage, using the options offered in my previous post, before performing more reboots

All works have now been completed but looks like I am still capped from Virgin side at a 90mbps download and 35mbps upload, can a MOD check ?

 

Does this look OK from the MODEM ?

OK I seem to be back up to full speed now, will monitor it for the next week days as the "works" have been completed will see how it performs in the evening but at least I can work correctly now !!

Hi 

Can I mod advise please ? I had to move my 2nd Tivo box into another room (As have to self isolate due to covid19) so replaced the 5 meter provided RG65 cable with a 10 meter RG65 (Only on the upstairs bedroom box, nothing on the main Tivo or Hub 3 has changed) and now my upload speed has dropped. Am actually connecting via a long network cable upstairs directly into the back of the Hub 3 and also other PC's have been speedtested and the upload is the same (5 meg up  instead of 39 meg up while download speed is still the same 550 meg down).

The stats for the download stream look different but do you know if it could just be a Area or Network issue with everyone upload being downgraded ?
