Utilisation (probably) in BR1 area

My connection this afternoon kept dropping connections - is this high utilisation?

My Broadband Ping - My Virgin Home Broadband

Hi clegsr,

Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see that the connection is dropping at the moment.

From checking the network I can see an open ticket - F007904093. We are planning to undertake some upgrades to support the increased demand for our services in your area. When completed, any slow broadband speeds you may be experiencing (particularly at peak times) will be resolved.

The current review date for the ticket is 17th June 2020. We should know more about the progress of the issues around that time.

Can you check the status of the over utilisation please Kev?

I thought is should have been fixed a couple of weeks ago and its particularly bad this afternoon

My apologies it's not fixed. I have checked the system today and can see the estimated fix date is the 8th July 2020.
