Can someone please tell me why the upload speed on my broadband has dropped off , used to be 10 and has dropped down to between 5 and 7 since they did the improvement in our area , I have rung them three times about this issue
If there is no known issue reported on the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - then post up all the stats from the Hub. _________________
In your browser’s URL box type in http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) and hit return. On the first page up, dont log in - just click on the “router status” icon/text at bottom-middle or top/right of the Login page and then just copy/paste the normal “Formatted Text” (not images) 3 FULL sets of data onto here – 2 pages from the Downstream, 2 from the Upstream, & the Network Logs page. Don't worry too much about the formatting it can be easily read & DON’T include personal data or MAC addresses - blank them out - if you copy/paste the data, the board software will do this for you (you may need to click the "submit" button again. If character limits are “exceeded” - just do two posts

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
Channel 1 download has horrendous Pre & Post errors and lots of T3’s on the upstream. As these figures are accumulative they could cover a large time period. So to reset them, power cycle your hub and post a new set of stats after a few hours. We can then see what the current state is and if it’s causing the problem.

The problem I find is that you call them and someone says that you have a fault as in this case and say they have sorted it , only to find out that it has not been sorted , three times I have reported the problem , roll on when B T upgrade in my area , might not be any better , but at least I get a choice who I can go with and save money .
