My upload speed in IG7 has fallen off a cliff the past week, am getting 0.9-1.6mb, making it very difficult to work and home school. VM claim there is no network issue and there is no congestion on network. It works ok in the middle of the night but by 8am its the same poor speed again. I understand its lockdown and people are working from home, but it has been fine for the past 9 months through lockdowns, and suddenly reduced dramatically a week ago, which suggests an issue.
Have been through all the troubleshooting (factor reset of hub etc) multiple times, same issue on both wifi and wired connection.
VM refuse to acknowledge it or do anything about it!
