That was not advice though, that was a one liner that didn't explain anything. That was a "mr helpful" type of answer that doesn't really do anything about this issue.

SLA = Service Level Agreement (standard Business speak) - Where VM give shorter fix times, quicker techncian response times, better guarantees, etc.
You are a "residential" customer where there is no SLA.
If you get a business account then you would have an SLA.
