I have 350mb connection. Download speed always good at around 360 but upload speed never above 20 regardless of the time of day. What can I do as I read it should be aroud 36 upload?

Engineer came today. Power levels changed at the cabinet outside
apparently. No change of hub.
Do these figures look ok?

Thanks. Your upstream power levels are too high, your upstream Modulation is too low and you have a fair few T3 timeouts.
Check all your cables and connections are tight and secure and not kinked. Call the VM local faults line to see if your area is experiencing any problems on 0800 561 006.
Otherwise you will need a VM engineer via the VM forum team.
