I've been having the same issues all last week.  Been on the phone 5 times, only got through twice.  First time was told that I got an upgrade to 100Mbps, said I didn't think that would resolve the issue...it didn't.  Then got told I needed a hub3, said I didn't think that would resolve the issue...it didn't.  I've got another thread on here but no VM reply.

Fed up now, time to start looking for new supplier!

Hi Garry,

 

I had a call from one of the engineers this afternoon to let me know that theres a fault in the area but may take a few days to get sorted.

going to be a right pain. 

no hope calling the helpline tho.

Still no internet, it is pretty much unusable,

Can anyone give an update ?? Can i get a tec visit to sort this out ??

No idea what im paying for here as service is shocking at the time we all need it the most

can you post the network log, the downstream power levels are rather high on certain channels, but shouldn't be on qam16 for the upstream, possible network side issue.
