Hello, I have followed all the online troubleshooting but over the last 3 days my broadband upload speed has consistently been < 1 Mbit, the download speed has been healthy. I am on the M100 package. This is preventing me from working from home. Any help would be gratefully received.

I continue to have unusable broadband due to an upload speed of < 1Mbit/s. I think it must be congestion on the local Virgin network that cannot handle the bandwidth of people running video conference software due to lockdown. The latency spikes between 9-10 and 2-4, including dropped packets.
