Upload speed issue

Hi all, wondering if someone can give me some help.

My service has been upgraded to 200mb at some point in the last 6 weeks or so and ever since I've had terrible issues with my upload speeds. I believe you're meant to get around 20mb and my speed tests are giving me around 0.07mb, so obviously extremely terrible. My work IT have tried to dig into it but they couldn't come up with any reasonable explanation.

This is causing me huge issues at the moment working from home and I need it sorting one way or another. 

I've had my Hub2 for nearly 5 years now since I got broadband through Virgin.

If anyone has some helpful tips or advice that would be great.

What speed do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
