But this is the third fault in 6 months - each with a long lead in time to be fixed. it would be helpful if we were told about the issues when they arise rather than having to post on forums about it. i would expect at least some reference when when checking service status.
I can fully appreciate that but I'm afraid these issues aren't put onto the service page. If the issue isn't fixed by the time we've given then message me directly and I can give you an update, or post on here and we can continue to update you as well.
