Upload speed collapsed again!

Usually averages 10mps. Reduced to a crawl over the summer because of two local capacity issues. Fixed after a couple of months. 

For the past couple of weeks it has been between 1.7 and 3.5 mps.

Looks like an upstream noise issue, because the upstream modulation is all over the place.  I've flagged this for the forum staff to advise.

Hi Fulcrumer, 

Really sorry you're having these issues, it's certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. 

I've had a look at the back end of things and can see we're aware of an issue under the reference F008060159. This is due to be fixed by the 30th November at 09:00AM. 

During this time you might find that the services are intermittent but the team will have sorted as soon as possible. 

 

Let us know how you get on after this time.

Thanks for letting me know.

But this is the third fault in 6 months - each with a long lead in time to be fixed. it would be helpful if we were told about the issues when they arise rather than having to post on forums about it. i would expect at least some reference when when checking service status.

My upload speed is currently 0.88 mbs - which is intollerable.
