Speed test from a laptop connected by Ethernet:
I am in area 24.
There was a fault a week ago (F008941153) that took out my internet completely for a day. It was reported fixed on 12th April but since then I have almost no upload capacity.

Checking your account, I can see all is looking well with the Hub but there is a fault open that is affecting you though. The details of that are here:

Seems like it's been fixed now - It started working a couple of days ago. I'm now getting Upload of about 10 which is ok I think.
Thanks for reaching back out to us with a update, glad to hear your services are back up and running, 10 MBPS is the correct upload speed for the 1oomb you are on, if you do have any further issues please let us know ASAP.
