Upload Speed extremely slow and temperamental (Gig1 customer)
I hope that you (collectively) will be able to help me.
I am a Gig1 customer, and my upload speeds have tanked over the past week or so; I had wondered if this was due to increased load on the Virgin Media back-haul network over the festive period, but alas over the past few delays in particular it has become almost untenable for my use case.
I have included the network status information from my Super Hub 4 below in the hope that those more familiar with these values than I may be able to spot the issue (I'm leaning towards a problem with Upstream Channel 3 based on the logs).
With that said, beyond identifying the issue - I am (as one might expect) even more eager to determine a fix / resolution for the problem.
Should you (collectively) require any further information, please just let me know and I shall post it accordingly.

I fear an erroneous entry in my first post may have led you astray; I had not intended to include any of the information from "Downstream" Router Status tab, as my issue is related to upload. As I encountered character limits in my posts - I thought it would save space to remove these entries. Alas, one slipped through and so made it look like I have fewer than the expected 32 Downstream Channels when - in fact - I do not. Here is the full "Downstream" Router Status information (in this post and my next) to, hopefully, rule this element out / help with further diagnosis:
