If l upgrade my broadband speed how long does it take for it to happen

Hi @Var7 

If you have a hub 3 and are upgrading to the Gig1 speed  then the speed won't increase until  VM send out the new hub needed for that speed.

otherwise if you regrade overf the phone it's normally done starighhtaway.

Regrading by any other method normally takes 2 to 3 working days, although it can take up to a week depending how busy theya re as the regrade needs to be processed manually.

To answer your question we could upgrade it right away or in 30 days if you wish.

However has mentioned sometimes you may need a new router which could take 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. Thanks
