I haven't recieved any emails and my account page is still showing M350.

Re: Upgrading time scale?

Check the traffic rates again in the morning to see if the upgrade has gone through overnight.

You are within 14 days of your cooling off period so use that to lean on them.

If the upgrade hasn't got through, Speak to Retentions on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - options 1-1-4-4 "Thinking of leaving" - they are open 08:00 until 21:00 BUT calling early between 08.00-10.00  midweek is best, when you will usually get a UK call centre with staff more informed and helpful. They seem to have the power of God over other departments.

Re: Upgrading time scale?

So after waiting till the morning and ringing, they hadn't put the upgrade through.

It went through yesterday morning, Tonight I am only getting about 250mb speeds. I understand its that time of night but to be paying extra for somthing less...

Now i had read horrow stories on here about people upgrading and they're connection getting even worse but i guess i fall into that bracket now.

Am I able to go back down to 350mb because on that speed it was constant, even at this time.

Again below I will share the router details.

Even before the upgrade you had issues with your line:
