Upgrades to Hub4/Gig1

Constantly not reaching speeds promised, constant problems with broadband/wifi, so switched from M200 to Gig1.....expecting good things but disappointment after less than a week. Speeds not reaching even what youd expect on M200. Inconsistent speeds, frequently not a strong enough signal to show on wifi list. Cant get thru to virgin, been on hold for hours and am concerned I wont get issue resolved before my 14 day 'cooling off' period so I can change/leave etc

Re: Upgrades to Hub4/Gig1

Nice one, looks like it's your device at fault as the hub is getting full speed

Re: Upgrades to Hub4/Gig1

Yes but surely not every device. We have 5 phones, 2 laptops and a desktop getting similar speeds. All but one phone are fairly new, brand new laptop and desktop (few months old). Somethings not right
