It happens to me too and has for many years. I believe its because I am on an old package (V.I.P. Vivid200) that I have never changed - so simple swapping channel packages isnt possible - as its a "legacy package" so I get "oopsed" As I dont want to change anything its not an issue for me. Are you on an "old package" ? Although it doesnt really explain why you couldn't change it a few years ago after taking it out!
