Everytime i go to the upgrades and offers section on my account i get the error "Oops something went wrong"  and asks me to call in.

This has happened ever since i joined Virgin 5 years ago.  Anyone know why??

Re: Upgrades & offers

It happens to me too and has for many years. I believe its because I am on an old package (V.I.P. Vivid200) that I have never changed - so simple swapping channel packages isnt possible - as its a "legacy package" so I get "oopsed"
As I dont want to change anything its not an issue for me.
Are you on an "old package" ?  Although it doesnt really explain why you couldn't change it a few years ago after taking it out!

It's not worked for me as long as I can remember (Was on 200, now on 350Mbps (Nothing else)).
