Upgraded speed

Hi,

ive upgraded my broadband to 500Mbps but speedtest showing as 100Mbps.

What needs to be done?

Assuming your speedtest was done with a wired connection to a laptop or similar, it usually means that the ethernet is only connecting to the Hub at 100Mb instead of the proper 1Gb speed. That could be due either to a poor quality cable or an older ethernet interface in the PC.  Can you go into the operating system and check the connection speed?

when did you upgrade?
what config does the hub show in its logs?
How are you testing? Wired or wireless. If wired is it a gigabit connection or 10/100

When did you request the upgrade? 

I requested upgrade M100 to M200 Thu afternoon and was completed Fri morning

Also you should have outstanding work in appointments if scheduled to upgrade. Check if any appointment outstanding.

Same here.. I upgraded M100 to M100 oomph on a offer I could not refuse 🙂

Your log shows still on M100 😞

yes someone was supposed to come yesterday 5th Feb but no one turned up.

what do i do now. the new contract has already started....
