Upgraded speed but nothing has changed

Hello,

i upgraded my package on 2/12 from m100 to m350 but since then, i have heard nothing? but speed hasnt changed. 

how long should this take to switch over?

Go into the Hub settings and look for the "configuration data" page.

What are the upstream and downstream "Max Data Transfer Rate" boxes set to - note that these are in bps - not Mbps - but do show whether you are provisioned for the 350 service or still on the 100 one.

Here is mine from my SH2 on the 200 Mbps package (will look a bit different on a Hub3) .

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

to add to the above - how are you testing - if wifi it may be you will see no improvement as the speed is controlled by your devices

the above figures will tell you if you have been upgraded then you need to test wired
