Upgraded broadband from 350 to 500

Hi

After a couple of weeks my broadband has been upgraded with the existing customer black Friday deal 

Should I receive a new modem to get increased speeds ? I ask as I've done speed tests and I'm still getting around 210 mbps after the upgrade and meant to be receiving upto 500

Assuming you have a HUB 3 or greater you should be seeing the full speed to your HUB.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your new broadband speed, have you rebooted your hub since the upgrade happened, if not please could you give it a try and let us know if this helps.
