Upgrade

I upgraded to M200 from M100 this afternoon.

I have always got 100+ before and am still getting the same. My account has been updated. Does it take a while for the speed to be increased?

Re: Upgrade

Hi, you could try a pinhole reset.  Press the reset button in using a pin for 20 seconds, then release for 5.  Repeat this 3 times and then wait for 15mins.  This will force any updates through.  It does sometimes take 24 hours to come through though.

Regards

Rich

Re: Upgrade

I will give it until tomorrow before I try that.

Thanks for your trouble.

Re: Upgrade

Check the configuration page of the hubs router status for the speeds that’s listed there

Re: Upgrade

I just changed the router to 5gh only. This is much better. Was that the right thing to do?

John.

Re: Upgrade

To get a true accurate speed you need to test when wired direct to the hub.

Wireless speeds and connectivity aren’t guaranteed.
