I upgraded my internet via the half price campaign email: Upgrade from M250 to M350 for only £3 extra a month
This was on 27th Sept, I've not heard a single peep since? How long does this take?

I've just received an email to say that my £3 broadband upgrade from M125 to M250 has gone through. Price has changed from £26.50pm to £29.50pm contract end date is unchanged.
Speed is now 274 Mbps down and 26 Mbps up.

You could try contacting retentions. Phone the customer services number 0345 454 1111 option 4 retentions (thinking of leaving us).
