I recently upgraded from M200, where I was routinely getting download speeds of 215+ and upload speeds of 18+, to M350.
All good at first, once stabilised I was getting 350+ down and 35+ up.
Then something happened and for the last week I have been routinely suffering 10-15 down and varying up 5-23! I have carried out all the online checklists, system says no issues!
Any advice on what to try now or am I going to have to try and fight through the Virgin switchboard!!

I have tried to locate your account but have been unsuccessful in doing so.
I would like to take a look at this further for you but first could you post your network logs onto this thread, so that we can get your issues looked into further.
In your browser’s URL box type in http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) and hit return. On the first page up [there should be no need to login if you have done so before]
Click on the “router status” icon/text at bottom-middle of first page up and then copy/paste 3
FULL sets of data onto here – from the Downstream, Upstream, & Network Logs pages.
Don't worry too much about the formatting it can be easily read & DON’T include personal data or MAC addresses.
