Hi there, I upgraded my package as stated on the 27th of Sept with an estimated activation date of the 30th. I've rebooted my Hub 3.0 (in modem mode) and 3rd party router a couple of times since the 30th, yet I'm still receiving M500 speeds. I've tested on multiple devices including one directly on my router, all show the same rough speeds of a little over 500MB.
