Upgrade no quicker.

Evening. Currently upgraded to the gig package. Set the hub 4 up tonight, and speed has actually dropped. 
I run the hub in modem mode, I have a an TP link Archer C5400X router that runs everything over wi-fi. House is hard wired connections in every room so most devices run off Cat5 connections.

previously on 600mg package we got 500-600 all the time. Now new hub is in speeds have reduced to 329 on last test. 
Used TP tether app and Samknows to test. Anyone have any ideas.

Not sure - but I think that that router is only Wifi5?   If so it will never deliver full speeds over wifi.

Not sure why its dropped - I would suspect some QoS in operation somewhere

Test it on ethernet cable connection and see what that gets

The HUB4 is WIFI5ac (WIFI5ac devices can do more if 160MHZ, HUB4 is 80MHZ) so 600Mb/s is about the best you will see, to test your new speed use a cable.
