Upgrade hasnt been applied

I recently called VM and spoke to an advisor and upgraded from M200 to m500, the guy said it would be applied straight away.

This was about 2 hours ago, I have since restarted my router and the max downstream is still 200MB.

could anyone advise

Re: Upgrade hasnt been applied

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter.

Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.

Copy and paste the contents of the Network Log tab onto here, if you get a yellow / straw box warning click the Post button again. Use one post for each tab if you wish.

Please do not use screen grabs.

Keep an eye on the Max Traffic Rate figures, they should change to 575000000 and 38520000. If they haven't changed by 08:00 tomorrow get back to them and chase the change.

Before checking the figures do a quick reboot.

You now know what is happening even though it may not be what you wanted.
