Upgrade from M200 to M350 slower download even after 3 days and reboot

After speeds of 210mbps down with M200, I expected some increase when upgrading to M350 on Friday. The new config was created and the router rebooted.

I'm wired on my computer (but don't use the Hub 3 for wifi as have a UniFi Mesh) and am getting around 180Mbps down (and the Ping has also increased to around 14ms).

Text support takes 1-2 days to reply and telephone support more than an hour, so hoping someone here can help as it's my first time posting to this community.

Re: Upgrade from M200 to M350 slower download even after 3 days and reboot

Can you set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you should post the link straight away.

Post a 'Live Link' to your BQM on here.

Instructions for posting BQM Link

Under your BQM graph are two links in red.

Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.

Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.

On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)

In the URL box paste the link you copied and in the ‘text to display’ box write My BQM then click OK - you can post the link straight away.

OK will do - FYI the image I posted earlier today is the graph from the last 24 hours, but it is still 'being checked'

FYI The brief downtime around 8.30am is me twitching the router off for a minute

Text message support says they have "changed few settings" from their end.
