Up and down speed

Hi, since Christmas(ish) the speed we are getting is very up and down. We are on 100MB and prior to Christmas things seemed ok and pretty stable. WiFi also seems to have became erratic with poor signal strength where it was once good. Where once we could have 4 or 5 concurrent devices all connected and streaming I am now running into buffering issues and poor connection speeds.

So far have tried a soft router reset (on and off) but not a hard reset. Is this worth doing?

Have also had BQM running for the past 24 hours as can be seen below. Is there anything to take from this?

Sorry to bump this but having received no reply I thought I would share some more info.

After reading more advice I tried a hard reset of the Superhub 3.0 which seemed to provide stable speeds temporarily (a few hours) but we're now back to the same issue.

Latest BQM graph below. If anyone could comment with help/suggestions I would be very grateful.
